My Top 5 Workout Channels

Whether I am traveling, don't have the time, or am not in the mood to make it to the gym, I love that I have the option of getting an amazing, low-impact workout at home. These are the top 5 workout channels I go to when I'm looking to follow along with some of my favorite kick-ass instructors.

Boho Beautiful

Juliana is a pixy vegan body shredder. Her workouts are short, fast, intense bursts that really get you to you fitness goals all while creating an environment of meditative bliss. Juliana and her husband's message and mission are pure and they make it look good!

Alo Moves

https:/www.alomoves.com

Their library is vast with many different workout series led by engaging and aspirational trainers laying out the fitness goals I need. I've shared my sister's account for a few years and I would never think of creating my own at this point. The saved library feature allows us to share workouts and programs that we love and makes finding our favorite workouts easy. We have different workout styles, hers has a heavy emphasis on yoga strength training, while I am more of a barre/hiit kind of girl. Sharing the library has us both trying new workouts that the other has already vetted as a fave. Good news too, Alo has recently been running a sale for 50% off the app for a lifetime so the already affordable app is now undeniably worth it. Run, don't walk to get your access!!

Tone it Up

and more specifically Katrina Scott

Katrina Scott is an absolute legend. I have been a fan of Tone it Up since they first launched with their Bravo series in 2014 working out on the beaches of LA. In addition to loving their fitness challenges on the app, Katrina's Instagram Covid streams were critical to my fitness journey in 2020. Her 90's booty burn workout on Instagram is a banger.

Katrina Scott has expanded into her own brand, with her livebeautifully channel. She is my personal fave fitness instructor and yes, it might be because I subscribe to her texts which are always a warm piece of her love and encouragement.

Katie Austin

Katie Austin came to me through the Covid Instagram workout storm that took to the channel during lockdown. Her workouts are punchy and targeted. She is a down-to-earth So-Cal babe and her parents live in my hometown Palm Springs where she often does her at home workouts. She also does the cutest collabs with her fitness icon mother, Denise Austin. She is peppy, has great taste in music, likes to drink and have her party snacks - all around my kind of girl. She also shares recipes that are healthy comfort staples and classics.

Pam

Pamela Reif is my latest discovery, brought to me by a word of mouth share from a like-minded and beautiful woman at a bar in Maine - and her legs were toned. But apparently, she is one of the most popular fitness influencers on Youtube, and I see why.

The Pam app updates daily with many different workout options to meet the body zone of the day. That is perfect for my ADD workout style where I like to mix it up and have options. She also has a cookbook and over 80+ recipes of healthy and often plant-based recipes.

Because every day my workout and health journey feels a little different, I personally like to have options to choose from when I'm challenged to find the time or motivation to get my movement in. I rely on these top 5 workout channels to help me commit to the fitness at home or on the go.

Let me know what your favorite channels are so we can revisit and share them with the community!

xoxo,

Gel
